My birthday (27 September) falls on a Saturday this year and multiple airlines fly to and from all Denpasar to all major cities in Australia every day.

If I were you, I’d at least take a long weekend but it’s your choice.

Yeah, I’m pretty broke too and this is a legit reason not to come. That being said, it is just over eight months away which gives you an opportunity to save.

Websites like Google Flights and Skyscanner will give you info on the cheapest flights - but don’t book through them (they add on a commission).

Go directly to the website to book and if you don’t have all the money now, many airlines have things like afterpay as an option.

Notwithstanding the above, again, I recognise finances can be a barrier; all I’m saying is that I’ve found some ways to travel cheaply (when possible).

Good news!

There are many lovely people working over here as nannies/babysitters for travelers and I have recommendations from friends in Australia for people.

The standard rate appears to be $12 AUD an hour but you’re welcome to pay more.

Bali is as expensive as you make it these days.

If you want to live like a Kardashian and spend thousands of dollars on opulence, it’s easy to do BUT you can also do Bali fairly cheaply without missing out on all the fun.
